Campaigning for affordable, safe and sustainable new homes in Enfield
What we do

Affordable Homes
Affordable housing targets have not been met in Enfield for many years, and we now have an affordable housing crisis
We are campaigning to ensure that new housing schemes deliver the maximum amount of affordable homes

Office Conversions
Offices converted into flats do not need to follow planning rules; flats are often very poor quality and rarely affordable
We’re asking Enfield Council to put measures in place to ensure office conversions are fit for human habitation

Wellbeing and Sustainability Homes need to be safe and healthy places to live, and built to minimise their impact on the environment
We want planners to give more priority to wellbeing and sustainability policies when assessing planning applications
